Latvia Builds a 23KM 'anti-migrant wall' on Russia Border


Latvia has completed the first 23 km of the 'anti-migrant wall' along its 276-km border with Russia, reports said. 

The fence, which features a barbed wire and has a minimum height of 9 feet, is expected to be completed by 2019. 

The Latvian government has allocated €6.3 million for constructing another 60 km of the wall this year.
