Make Your Kids Eat Healthy By Avoiding Boring Food

Kid-friendly, healthy snacks don’t have to be boring. Take cues from here:
  • Spread peanut butter over banana slices and freeze them before serving. 
  • Make a heavy protein bite with a slice of turkey layered with honey mustard, wrapped around apple or pear. 
  • Make a mix of cereal, dried fruits, nuts, seeds and chocolate chips. Serve with yogurt.
