Forbes named Russian President Vladimir Putin as the World's Most Powerful Person, for the fourth consecutive year.
"From the motherland to Syria to the US presidential elections, Russia's leader continues to get what he wants," Forbes magazine said.
Meanwhile, US President-elect Donald Trump bagged the second spot.
